ZmartBit is an MLM company that offers cryptocurrency education

I have decided to take a closer look at the ZmartBit opportunity due to some increasing social interest I’ve noticed online.

One of the things that I am going to find out is if this program is a scam or not.

I am going to do this by taking the time to take a look at the ownership, the products they offer, and the compensation plan they offer.

ZmartBit is an MLM company that offers cryptocurrency education with its membership and the ability to earn money by recruiting other affiliate members and building a team to the program through your affiliate link.

Company Overview
One of the things that I like to see when I am looking at any MLM company is to find out who the owner is.

This will allow me to learn more about the experience and the background that they have.

I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want to join a known scammer so that is why we should take these extra steps.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of information on the company page, there was no information about the owner or the management team.

Here is what I do know:

The company website “zmartbit.com” was registered on 9-20-2019

The domain name was registered privately

Due to the private registration, there was no further information that I was able to find about the owner.

Does ZmartBit’s Offer Products?

After looking over the company website and what they offer for a product or service, I learned that there is no retail products or services available.

You can only join as an affiliate member to gain access to the education that they offer.

The education that they offer is all about cryptocurrency but mainly about Bitcoin.

They call this education their “university”.

How Does ZmartBit’s Compensation Plan Work?

The main attraction to the ZmartBit opportunity is the opportunity to make money by recruiting others and building a team with the MLM structured compensation plan it offers.

Getting Started
The first thing that you will have to do to get access to earn money with ZmartBit is to join as an affiliate member.

The information about the cost to join ZmartBit is located below in my “What’s The Cost To Join” section.

The Compensation Plan
The compensation plan is structured in a 4X10 MLM Matrix compensation plan.

This just means that you only have 4 positions on your level 1, 16 positions on your level 2, 64 positions on your level 3, and so on.

As you increase each level, you will have to multiply the number of positions by the prior level and then by 4 to get the total number for the next level.

You can fill each position of your matrix with direct personal referrals, by indirect team member referrals and even with upline spillover.

To earn on more levels of your unilevel compensation plan, you will have to personally recruit AND invest in a higher amount with the company.

Personally recruited members and a higher investment that you make with the company is the only qualification you need in order to increase your rank.

Ranks And Qualification
Let’s breakdown the ranks that you can achieve in the company and the amount of personally recruited members or the investment that you will need to make to reach those ranks:

White Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay $260
Green Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $260 and personally recruit 2 members.
Yellow Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $530
Orange Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $1060
Blue Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $2100
Pink Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $4200
Bronze Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $8300
Silver Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $8400
Gold Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $8500
Platinum Rank – To qualify for this rank, you will need to sign up and pay an additional $8600
As you can see, this compensation plan is mainly made up of a “pay to play” to increase your earnings you can make with the company’s compensation plan.

When you and your team members (downline) start to fill up these positions with investing members is when your commissions are paid out to you.

Commissions And Levels
Depending on your rank in the company, you will be able to earn on more levels of the Matrix compensation plan the company offers.

Here is a breakdown of what you can earn per position on each level of your Matrix for the rank you qualify for:

White Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $125 per position filled on your level one.
Green Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $156 per position filled on your level two.
Yellow Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $156 per position filled on your level three.
Orange Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $156 per position filled on your level four.
Blue Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $156 per position filled on your level five.
Pink Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $78 per position filled on your level six.
Bronze Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $46 per position filled on your level seven.
Silver Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $23 per position filled on your level eight.
Gold Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $11 per position filled on your level nine.
Platinum Rank – As a new member, you will qualify to earn $6 per position filled on your level ten.

What’s The Cost To Join ZmartBit?
The minimum cost to join which is also the starting point to qualify to earn commissions is $260.

The payment is required in Bitcoin.

To take full advantage of the opportunity and all of the levels of the matrix compensation plan that ZmartBit offers, the cost will be $42,210.

To take full advantage will also be the required cost to participate.

All commissions are also paid in Bitcoin.

In my opinion, no, ZmartBit is not a scam but they do have some serious flaws in their business model.

When you are doing business like an MLM company, you need to offer retail products or services which the company does not offer.

I understand that not all countries require this but it looks like they are doing business in the USA as well which would be a requirement.

Also, to fully participate in the compensation plan, you must pay more, which is frowned upon and not legal in many countries.

This is considered a pay-to-play compensation plan.
